Plans · from $22 per line

Three plans, and the price is on the page.

Plans differ by how calls get distributed and how much history you keep, not by whether you are allowed to buy things. Every plan can add and remove lines and numbers without talking to anyone.

Taxes, regulatory fees and per-number charges are additional and vary by location. Prices are current as of today and may change; we tell customers before a change takes effect.

Outside the per-line price

The other lines on the bill

A per-line figure that quietly excludes numbers and calling is not a price. These are charged separately, and here is what each one is.

  • Local phone number

    Monthly, per number

Charged separately from the line, because a line does not have to have a number. Ask us for the rate in the area code you want.

  • Toll-free number

Monthly, per number, plus per inbound minute

Toll-free traffic is billed by the minute to you rather than to the caller. That is how toll-free works everywhere.

  • Outbound calling

    Per minute, by destination

Rated by where the call lands. There is no unmetered international calling, and we would rather say so than bury it.

  • Desk phone hardware

    One-off, per handset

Buy outright or bring a supported handset. Nothing is rented and nothing is locked to us.

Billing behaviour

Four things that hold whatever you pay

These are product decisions rather than pricing, so they do not change when the price list does.

Cost is shown where it is created
The last step of adding a line shows that line’s monthly cost, the new account total and the prorated charge for this cycle, before you confirm anything.
Unused paid items are flagged
If you are paying for numbers or licences that nothing is using, the account says so in a banner — not in a help article you would have to go looking for.
Self-serve is unconditional
No plan hides the add or remove button behind a sales conversation. If a change genuinely needs review, the flow says so, with the reason and the expected turnaround.
Destructive changes list what is lost
Removing a line tells you how many voicemails, recordings and call records go with it, and asks you to type to confirm.

Pick a plan, or ask us which one fits

Changing plan later takes a minute and does not cost anything, so this is not a decision to agonise over.
