The phone is a browser tab until you decide otherwise.
Waiting on a courier is a poor reason for a phone system not to work. Every line works from a browser immediately, and handsets arrive into a system that is already running and configure themselves when you plug them in.

Three kinds of endpoint
One line, whichever of these is in front of the person
A line is a person, not a device. It can ring a desk phone and a browser at once, and a transfer does not need to know which one they are using today.
Browser phone
The default
A tab that makes and takes calls, holds, transfers, and plays back voicemail. It works the moment a line is created, before any hardware is ordered.
Desk phone
Optional, and yours
A SIP handset that configures itself from the network the first time it boots. Buy it outright or bring a supported one. Nothing is locked to us, and nothing stops working if you leave.
Conference phone
Same idea, bigger table
Provisions exactly like a desk phone and appears in the system as a device on a line. Useful where a meeting room needs a number of its own.

Zero-touch provisioning is only true for models we have actually tested. Rather than reprint a manufacturer’s catalogue and hope, tell us what you have or what you are thinking of buying and we will tell you where it stands.

There is no photograph above because we have not taken one yet, and a stock image of somebody else’s handset on somebody else’s desk would tell you nothing about ours.
What we can tell you now: handsets are standard SIP devices, bought outright or brought with you, and they keep working with any other SIP provider if you leave. No rental, no lock, and no firmware we control after you go.
One thing a handset cannot do here
Provision itself without reaching the internet. There is no offline configuration path, and that is deliberate — it is what keeps SIP credentials off the screen and out of a shared document. If a phone cannot get online, it cannot set itself up. How provisioning works.
